<b>What are our advantages?</b>

Application of our methodology for cold galvanizing of steel structures gives an economic effect in the form of savings of 30-40% of costs per square meter, in comparison with traditional hot galvanizing, and our methodology does not require special premises and size restrictions, the method is environmentally friendly, the materials used certified by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Materials for galvanizing are one-component, have the effect of ”soft rubber”, they have excellent adhesion to previously galvanized surfaces (they restore the old zinc layer during application) and can be applied at a humidity of up to 98% in the temperature range from -15 S to + 40 S.

The use of our materials, such as ”warm paint” and ”warm plaster”, in the thermal insulation system allows you to save up to 50% compared to the cost of traditional methods of thermal insulation. These materials are easy to apply, durable, not destroyed under the influence of high temperatures or ultraviolet radiation, environmentally safe, certified by the Ministry of Health.

<b>Using our penetrating gyro-isolation - AquaStop</b>
Penetrating waterproofing is designed for the treatment of concrete structures in order to prevent the capillary rising of water on the pores of concrete.

The depth of penetration of such materials is from 5 to 25 cm. This means that when processing a monolithic concrete wall on both sides a protective barrier will be formed at the entire depth of the structure.
Materials for penetrating waterproofing are among the most effective <b>waterproofing</b> and can be used in conjunction with other water protection products.
As a rule, the means of penetrating waterproofing are used to protect cellars, ground floors, the first floors of residential buildings, concrete tanks, tanks and other structures in the immediate vicinity of the water-bearing layer.

* ZINGA®
forms a thin-film zinc coating on the steel surface, which effectively protects ferrous metals from corrosion. It combines the advantages of hot-dip galvanizing and paint coatings, while lacking a number of disadvantages inherent in such coatings, and also has unique advantages over them. The Zinga® coating provides both active (cathodic) protection, like zinc coatings with metallization, and passive (barrier, film) protection, like paintwork materials. The material is intended for galvanizing steel in a cold way (patent number BE 1008926 dated 01.10.1996, Belgium).
Appearance of the coating is gray, matt.
Adhesion - 1 point.
Surface preparation - Sa 2,5 (ISO 12944) - abrasive blasting preparation, roughness Ra 12,5 mkm, dedusting, degreasing.

* ZINGALVANIC® grade VA
this material differs from Zinga in that the composition contains zinc particles with a fraction of about 3 &#956;m, with a shape close to oval, and also contains zinc particles with the shape of flakes. Due to this combination, zinc particles create the so-called ”MIO effected system” effect, which complicates the path of the aggressive medium to the substrate. The product, galvanized ZinGalvanic looks like a product, hot-dip galvanized.

* ZINGALVANIC®
material for cold galvanizing of steel (patent UA UA 14036 dated April 17, 2006, Ukraine) is made on the basis of a modified acrylic polymer binder, produced in Europe by tolling. The composition has several modifications: it contains not only spherical and oval zinc particles with a particle size of about 3 &#956;m (as in Zinga®), but also zinc and / or zinc + aluminum (depending on the modification) particles in the form of flakes with the size of fraction 20 ... 25 &#956;m. This combination of metal particles in the polymer binder allows to obtain a microstructure of a coating similar to brickwork (similar to MIO structures), which makes it difficult for aggressive media to penetrate to the substrate to be protected.
ZinGalvanic® is designed for galvanizing steel products, as well as for repairing and repairing damaged zinc coatings on steel.
Appearance of the coating is silvery, matte.
The surface of the galvanized ZinGalvanic® product looks like a surface hot-dip galvanized.

The material is a slurry of metallic zinc particles in a polymer binder based on polyurethane or acrylic-styrene copolymer and is intended for the anticorrosion priming of the surface of steel products before application of paint coatings. This material is similar to other DSPs, but with similar other parameters, the Liquid Zinc coating provides slightly higher protector protection values than others.
Appearance of the coating is gray, matt.
Adhesion - 1 point. The coating has a high adhesion to steel surfaces even without special preparation.
Surface preparation - St 2 (ISO 12944) - remove loose layers, dust off, degrease. Abrasive blasting is desirable, but not necessary.

is characterized by high and long-term stability in highly corrosive atmospheric conditions, in a moist, chemical, salt medium.
It has excellent and extremely long-lasting stability with constant contact with ordinary, ionized, sea water (also under conditions of constant immersion in water), in contact with hydrocarbons, with organic solvents and some chemicals (pH 5.5 to 10.5).
Resistant to high temperatures (400 ° C) and often repeated temperature changes. And this in combination with ordinary and sea water, containing chemicals water, soda water.
Very well reacts to the effect of vapors, gasolines or their vapors.
